1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using threenity.my ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
Threenity Capital Sdn Bhd provides a free mortgage eligibility screening tool, professional network directory, property valuation referral service, and mortgage advisory consultation. We are not a licensed financial institution and do not provide licensed financial advice.
3. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
The mortgage screening results, DSR calculations, and bank eligibility information provided on this website are for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Results are indicative estimates based on general bank criteria and are not a guarantee of loan approval. Final loan approval decisions rest solely with the respective banks. Threenity Capital accepts no liability for reliance on screening results.
4. Report Purchase (RM29.99)
Report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered to your email. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of successful payment, contact hello@threenity.my. In the event of technical failure preventing report delivery, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued where: (a) payment was processed but report not delivered due to technical error; (b) duplicate payment was made for the same screening session. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@threenity.my.
6. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information in the screener; (b) not use the service for fraudulent purposes; (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our services; (d) not share your screening results in a misleading manner.
7. Professional Network
Professionals listed in our network are independent service providers. Threenity Capital does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of services provided by listed professionals. We do not earn referral fees from banks listed in screening results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on threenity.my — including text, graphics, logos, and the screening algorithm — is the property of Threenity Capital Sdn Bhd and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Threenity Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
